Ingredients

    1 1/8 c sorghum flour
    1 c cornstarch
    1 c + 1 tbsp tapioca flour
    3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    3 tbsp molasses (can also use agave, honey or brown sug)
    2 1/4 tsp yeast
    3 tbsp EVOO
    3 eggs
    1 1/8 c water

Directions

combine wet
wisk together dry
put wet into bread machine
put dry on top of wet
set machine for GF cycle
turn on

Serving Size: makes 17 2 oz. slices of bread

    As with any GF bread, it is best in the first couple of days. After that, toasting is a must. - 10/12/11
