Ingredients

    One pork tenderloin
    One whole onion cut into pieces
    One whole potato cut into cubes
    One head of cabbage cut into cubes

Directions

Lay the pork tenderloin in the center of a large stonware baking dish, surround with cut up cabbage, onion and one potato, cover with tin foil and bake in slow oven about 3-4 hours. Serve 3 oz of the pork with 1 cup of cabbage and onions and 1/2 of the potato for each person. Store the left over roasted pork tenderloin for other meals. You might be tempted to each all of the pork, but, resist the temptation and save the rest for left overs.
