Ingredients

3 cans Pork and Beans
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
3 Tbsp reduced fat olive oil mayo
1.75 Cups Chopped Yellow Onions
4 Strips Hickory Smoked Bacon

Other things you might need:
Casserole Dish with match cover (8x8 or 9x9)
Wooden Spoon
Measuring spoons
Cutting Board
Chop Knife
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
1. In a Casserole Dish, Combine: Pork and Beans, Sugar, Olive and Mayo.
2. Stir All Ingredients Together.
3. To Mixture, add 1.75 cups Chopped Yellow Onion
4. Stir to combine, and then even and smooth over with back of spoon.
5. Layer 4 strips of bacon on top of the baked bean mix.
**Layer about an inch apart, no touching.
6.Place uncovered in pre-heated oven for about an hour, or until beans are done! Should be thick and bubbly.
****THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART***
7. REMOVE the bacon strips from the beans BEFORE serving!
After removing bacon strips, place a lid on the dish, and serve!
