Ingredients

    12 ounces roasted red peppers
    1 container Mori-Nu Silken Lite Tofu, Firm
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    Salt, Pepper, Italian herbs to taste

Directions

Drain pepper. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve warm over pasta.
