Ingredients

    1.5lb pork shoulder
    3 large carrots cut in chunks
    4 potatoes (non cut)
    1/2 onion
    1/2 cup tomatoe sauce
    12 oz of water (more if desire)
    bk pepper to taste
    1 table spoon of garlic
    1/2 table spoon of ginger
    papikra 1 Tbspoon
    salt
    1/2 spoon dry oregano
    3 chipotles

Directions

place pork shoulder on crockpot add water and tomatoe sauce, carrots, potatoes. mix all the spices and rub it on meat.

I let it cook all night . when is ready just use forks to shred and serve it on a bowl.
