Ingredients

    One, 8-inch pre-baked pizza crust (such as Boboli);

    Three medium or two large tomatoes, chopped;

    One cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded;

    One-half a cup of Classico Sundried-Tomato Pesto;

    One teaspoon of crushed red pepper;

    A generous serving of basil (dried or fresh);

    Olive oil cooking spray.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

While oven is heating up, prepare tomatoes by chopping them, taking the time to deseed them as well.

Once oven is heated to temperature, take wrapping off pizza crust and pre-bake it for 8 minutes.

Take pizza out of the oven, and spread (in order) pesto, cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle crushed red pepper on top.

Bake pizza for an additional 8 minutes.

Take pizza out of the oven and sprinkle a generous amount of basil on top, allowing the pizza to sit for 3 to 5 minutes.

Cut pizza into six slices. One serving is equal to two slices.

Enjoy!
