    1 slice of deli cut roast beef cut a little thicker than normal, but not a chunk!

    1 slice of toasted whole wheat bread

    about two tablespoons (or less) of beef gravy

Directions

toast whole wheat bread
warm slice of deli cut roast beef in iron skillet, turning once - about 1 minute
warm gravy in microwave for approximately 1 minute

Place toast on plate
top with roast beef slice
pour a little beef gravy over top
