Ingredients

    * Ground Pork, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 clove
    * Swansons Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    * Swanson Low Sodium Beef Broth, 2 cup
    * Juanita’s Hominy, 3.0 cup
    * Hunts Fire Roasted Tomatoes, 1 cup
    * New Mexico Chili Powder, 1 tbsp
    * Ground Coriander Seed, 1 tsp
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp

Directions

Brown ground pork, onions and minced garlic. Put into crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Set crock pot on high, cook for 3 hours. Or put crock pot on low and cook for 5 hours.

Serve garnished with cilantro, radish slices, and lime wedges.
