Ingredients

    10 small apples peeled and sliced
    1.5 cups white flour
    .5 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tblsp whey(or soy) protein isolate
    2 large beaten eggs
    3/4 cup veg oil
    1/4 cup apple sauce
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

oven 350
grease 9x13 with cooking spray
peel and slice apples, lay on baking dish
mix dry ingredients except cinnamon
stir in wet, mix well together
pack on top of apples
sprinkle with cinnamon
bake at 350 for approx 45 min or until top is golden brown


Serving Size: cut into 12 pieces
