    2 14oz cans Artichoke hearts in water rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup grated pamesan reggiano cheese
    1/4 cup fresh curly parsley finely chopped
    2 tsp lemon peel finely grated
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 Tbsp pine nuts

Directions

Add Artichoke hearts to food processor, pulse until finely grated
Add remaining ingredients, process until smooth

Serving Size: make 9 1/4 cup servings
