Ingredients

    1 - 2 Tblspoon of Butter
    1/2 cup of Berry mix (frozen)
    6 strawberries, frozen,large

    Sweeten to taste with sweetner of your choice, I use truvia.Doesnt take much, tsp maybe.

    I serve as a fruit serving for the day.So pile on the fruit

Directions

Melt butter in a small pan.Add fruit and cover. Let cook slowly util the fruit has broken down into pieces, approx 10 minutes. Uncover to thicken,sweeten to taste.

Serving Size: Makes syrup enough for toppings for 6 pancakes
