    Beef, round steak or rump roast, 1 lb-cut into 1/8 in slices
    Bacon, 6 medium slices, (1 piece for each piece of meat)
    Onions, raw, 100 grams minced (2.5 oz)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp optional
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


Spread mustard on each slice of beef. Season with salt and pepper. Top each piece with 1 slice bacon and small amount onion. Roll and secure with toothpick or thread. Brown in skillet, put into roasting pan and cover. Bake at 350 until you can smell them. Reduce heat to 300 for 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggie. Pan can be deglazed to make gravy or just use juices as is.
