Ingredients

    I Cup Chia Seeds

    3/4 Cup Hulled RAW Hemp Hearts (aka Hemp Seeds)

    3/4 Cup RAW Buckwheat

    1/4 Cup Dried Blueberries (Eden Organic)

    1/4 Cup Sultana Raisins

    1/8 Cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)

    1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds

    1/4 Cup Chopped Dried Apple Slices

    1/8 Cup Toasted Coconut Flakes

    2 Tbsp Cinnamon



Directions

Finely chop the dried apples with kitchen scissors.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

To Serve:

Mix 4 Tbsp of mixture into 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk (or other milk substitute)

This also makes a great late night snack at only 140 Calories.
