Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup of edamame, frozen
    .5 tsp minced onion
    2 tsp taco seasoning or seasoned salt
    4 sprays of Pam, natural or Organic

Tips

Vegetarian, protein, low fat


Directions

Set your oven to broil, Low. Take your dry ingredients and mix them in a bowl with your cup of frozen edamame. Take a sheet of aluminum foil and spray the bottom of the foil with two shots of Pam. Add your seasoned edamame. Broil for 15 minutes.
