Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (remove)
    Beans, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .75 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

sautee meat, onions, peppers and garlic until the meat is cooked through then add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. Remove from heat and serve with shredded cheese if desired!
