Ingredients

    3 cups cooked Bulgur Wheat(1tsp sea salt in water)
    1/2 cup peeled and seeded cucumber
    1 med Tomato
    2 cups chopped Curly Parsley
    1 tps chopped mint
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    Juice of 2 fresh lemons
    Juice of 1/2 half lime or 2 key limes
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp chopped fresh hot peppers (habanero or jalapeno)



Directions

Pour simmering salted water over bulgur let set 20 min then cool , chop all ingredients and combine let sit for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Yeild aprox 15 3/4 cup portions
