29oz Silver Floss Barrel Cured Sauerkraut (32 oz 2 lb package will leave you will an additional 3oz)

Tips

*Use these brands or the nutrition facts will change. Kraut is lower in sodium than other brands as well as this brand and type of kielbasa, though a lite version of the Kielbasa is available and will be even healthier for this dish because it contains allot of sodium.

Directions

Slice Kielbasa into little coins no more than 14th of an inch thick and Cook in a non-stick pan on low-medium heat until brown around the edges and they pucker (cave-in in the center). Add in Sauerkraut and continue to cook until all heated through then serve and enjoy!
