Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 4 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Parsley, 1 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 4 fl oz (remove)

Tips

You can add fresh or dry mint to the batter to give a zesty flavor


Directions

Unfold the eggs, milk, flower and salt and whisk until all is dissolved. Add all the veggies, the parsley, scallions, the garlic and mix well.

Separately poor the oil in the pan and let it get real hot. Take a dip spoon and spoon the batter one by one the pan and fry them. You should cook approx. 2-4 min each side. Make sure you don't overcook. You can lift the patty and check the bottom and when it's done one side, turn around to the other side and do the same. When the patty is cooked, remove it to a to a plate that's covered with paper towel to absorb the extra oil on the patty. You can serve hot, warm or cold. with salad or in a sandwich or just simply by itself.
