fresh onion, 0.75 cup (remove)

**Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix both kinds of flour with 1.7 cups of salted water to create a soft and stretchy dough. You may add some water or flour as needed to create a soft dough. Split the dough in 2 pieces and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough and stretch it like pizza dough until it is see-through thin but make sure you don't rip the dough. If you have rips, just seal the rip by connecting the edges of the whole.
Meantime heat the shortening and margarine in the small skillet until its warm-to-hot.
Pour the shortening with the spoon all over the dough. Spread the oil with your hands into thin layer, and roll the dough like a layered string.
Cut the roll into 17 pieces and place them into freezer for few minutes.
Repeat the process with the second piece of dough.
As the dough is resting in the freezer, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, cimin and diced onions, and canola oil.
Take out the dough from the freezer, and roll out each piece into a square. place the beef in the middle and attach the ends of a dough to create a square beef patty.
Place the squares into the oiled foil on the cooking tray.
Place the tray into the oven for 45 minutes or until the samsas are golden brown.
