Introduction
My dearest one found these Leonard Mountain soups at a festival she went to. They are dehydrated soups that have no sulfites, so they work well for those with sulfite alergies. Also no wheat products (no glutens if you need that) and some have no animal products (vegan). They are really good by themselves but also do well when revved up with with other veggies or meats. Ingredients

1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can black beans (1 3/4 cup cooked beans)
6 cups water
1 package Leonard Mountain Hunky Chunky Veggie Stew
Tips
If you would like this as a soup, or unexpected guests arrive, add more water.
Directions
Add tomatoes, beans and water to pot. Put contents of stew mix into the water stirring to be sure it mixes. If using a slow cooker, set it on low and go away all day. If cooking on stove top, bing to a boil and lower to a simmer for 20 - 30 minutes
