Introduction

These are a good substitute for the "real"thing, the cream cheese layer is fluffy. These are a good substitute for the "real"thing, the cream cheese layer is fluffy.

Ingredients

    Brownie:
    1 Box Sugar Free Brownie Mix
    1/3 C Oil
    3 Tbsp Water
    1 Egg

    Cream Cheese Layer:
    8oz Cream Cheese
    1/3 C Splenda
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract



Tips

Use fat free cream cheese, egg substitute & pureed prunes/applesauce for the oil, it would almost be fat free as well as sugar free!
Also my kids like them better when I use half the cream cheese mixture, they like more brownie than I do.


Directions

Heat oven to 350, spray the bottom only of a 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 pan.
Mix together brownie mix, oil, water & egg until all ingredients are wet, about 50 strokes.
Whip the cream cheese and Splenda until smooth, add the egg and vanilla whip until full incorporated.
Pour the brownie mixture in to the pan,then spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownies and swirl. The brownie mix is really thick you have to swirl it through several times.
Bake until the cream cheese mixture has set fully, it should have a very slight wiggle in the middle when it is finished.

9 x 9 Bake Time 25 - 35
