Ingredients

    1 Lg Container Chicken Broth
    1 Can Green Beans
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes (Italian Seasoned - Drained-choose Gluten Free)
    1 Can Diced Potatoes, drained
    3 Stalks Celery, chopped
    1/2 Onion, chopped
    10 Fresh Mushrooms, chopped or sliced
    2 Fully Cooked Ckn Breasts, diced
    2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Cayenne
    Garlic Powder
    Chili Powder

Directions

Heat large soup pot at medium heat. Add olive Oil, celery, onion, and garlic-cook 5 min on medium heat. Add fresh mushrooms, cook 2 min. Add all other ingredients. Add last 3 spices to taste, don't be afraid to be liberal! Tastes Great!
