Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups diced potatoes
    1 10-oz package of broccoli, thawed
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp flour
    Salt and Pepper
    5 1/2 cups of skim milk

Tips

This is great with some chopped turkey bacon crumbled on top of it.


Directions

Boil potatoes and onions until crisp tender. Drain. Place into the slow cooker.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Cook on low for 4 hours.
