Ingredients

    4 bunches Escarole - cleaned and chopped
    2 TBsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cups chopped Onion
    2-15.5 oz cans Cannellini Beans
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic
    Crushed red pepper
    1-box Ronzoni Garden Delight Fettuccine

Tips

Dish can become very watery. After cooking green, drain well to avoid this.


Directions

Steam Escarole until soft, drain.
Saute onions in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper garlic and crushed red pepper to taste. Add beans and greens and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
