Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 large oranges, peeled and sliced into moderately thin rounds
    3 tbsp honey, warmed in the microwave
    1/2 cup shelled walnut halves or pieces
    Cinnamon to taste (calculated 3 tsp)

Directions

Peel oranges and slice. Arrange on plate.
Sprinkle with walnuts
Warm honey in microwave (about 1.5 minutes) and drizzle on oranges.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

*It is ready to serve immediately, but if you let it stand 15- 20 minutes, the honey, cinnamon and juice from the oranges forms a wonderful syrup.
