Introduction

This is something I whipped up one day when I was suffering with an illness! No noodles, just good raw vegetables and chicken! This is something I whipped up one day when I was suffering with an illness! No noodles, just good raw vegetables and chicken!

Ingredients

    2 Carrots, sliced
    1 cup Broccoli cut up, stems removed
    1 can Chicken packed in water, water reserved
    1/2 can of Green beans in water, water reserved
    1 can Swanson's chicken broth 99% fat free
    1 cup Water


Directions

Put broth and water in sauce pan, heat to boiling. Slice carrot and put into the pan with broth. Simmer about 10 min or until carrots are semi-soft. Add broccoli, chicken with it's water, and beans with half of the water. Simmer another 5 min. Serve hot.

Serving Size: makes 2 2-cup servings
