Introduction

from dried chickpeas from dried chickpeas
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup of chickpeas (dry)
    1 clove of garlic
    1 juice, lemon
    salt to taste
    and water to help blend.
    Cayenne pepper and parsley as garnish

Tips

I like mine on the thicker side and I don't add olive oil.


Directions

Soak chickpeas overnight. Place in pot and cover with water, let boil for 10 minutes reduce heat and let cook until soft, about 1hr 30 min. Blend in food processor or blender. Blend all ingredients together except cayenne and parsley.
