Ingredients

    1 box penne pasta bertoli
    3 8 ounce cans of whole peeled tomatoes
    half of a garlic clove
    red pepper flakes (optional)
    3 spicy hot italian sausages
    4 tblsp olive oil
    5 leaves fresh basil (chopped)
    1/2 cup dry chardonay wine

Directions

start cooking sausage in 2 tablespoons olive oil on medium heat

chop whole tomatoes into thick quarter like chunks
add to sauce pan half drained of juice with two table spoons of olive oil

stir in chopped garlic
add 1/2 cup of wine
let simmer

cut up sausage in to dime pieces and put in with sauce mixture

boil noodles and mix with sauce.
add pepper flakes and basil to taste
