Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef (93%)
1 cup fat free, low sodium beef broth
0.5 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup ketchup
4 cups white rice, cooked
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 tbsp onion powder (or chopped onion, to taste)
Directions
**Makes 5 servings***
Cook rice according to package directions (separately from the beef)
Brown beef in deep skillet with onion powder mixed in.
Once beef is browned, add cornstarch and mix well while cooking the mixture for about 1-2 minutes.
Mix together ketchup and broth, then add to beef in skillet. Cook (while stirring) until mixture thickens and becomes bubbly.
Turn off the heat and add the sour cream, mixing well.
Serve the skillet mixture over the rice.
