Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can chick peas
    1 can sweet corn
    1 small can V8 spicy juice
    1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano
    12 oz water

Tips

Rinse your canned beans and veggies to reduce sodium


Directions

Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water, simmer 5 minutes.
Rinse canned beans and corn
Add all to crock pot and cook 4-6 hours on high
