Ingredients

    Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl:
    1 c. whole grain PASTRY flour
    1 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Baking powder
    ¼ tsp. Salt
    ¼ tsp. Baking soda

    In another bowl, mix together
    1 beaten omega-3 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. Canola oil

Directions

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Add any extras: blueberries, pecans, etc.
