    Mix together in a large bowl:
    *Yogurt *Chobani* Greek Yogurt NON fat, Blueberry - 6oz, 1 serving
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 6 oz
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 6 oz

    Add Dry ingredient:

    Soy Flour, 1/2 cup, stirred
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2cup
    *Hodgson Mill Organic Oat Bran Flour, 1/2 cup
    *Flour, white, 1/2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Vanilla extract, imitation, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed
    *Myofusion Advanced Muscle Building Protein Chocolate flavored shake, 1 serving


    Fold in blueberries
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed

    Scoop well mixed batter with 1/4 cup scoop into greased muffin tins
