Ingredients

1/8 c. Muscle Milk Powder Chocolate
3 Tbsp. Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 1/2 tsp. honey
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. cashews
6 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
1 Tbsp. Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted
8 cups Rice Dream Original rice milk
1/4 c. cooked quinoa
1 large Banana, fresh, (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Directions
Add atleast 2 cups rice milk and all other ingredients to blender and process until smooth about 2 minutes. Pour in hte remaining rice milk and blend until smooth. Makes approximately 8 one c servings.
