Introduction

Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray first. Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray first.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    -2 apples, cored, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    -1.5 cup vanilla almond milk
    -1.5 cup water
    -1 cup uncooked steel cut oats
    -2 tbsp brown sugar
    -1.5 tbsp I can't Believe it's not butter
    -1 tsp cinnamon
    -2 tbsp ground flax seed
    -1/4 tsp salt

Tips

Put them in individual serving containers and have them ready for the microwave in the morning!


Directions

Cook in slow cooker for 7 hours on low.
To reheat, add some more almond milk or real milk with raisins or nuts and microwave on high for 1 minute.
