    1 (16 oz) bag of cut carrots (roughly 3 cups)
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons raw honey
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill


Tips

Yes, it might be hard to find raw honey, but it's worth it! Raw honey is more nutritious and has more health benefits than its filtered, cooked counterpart - and it's tastier, too!


Directions

Bring 3 cups of carrots and 1/2 cup water to boiling.
Cover and cook over medium heat 8-10 more minutes, stirring occasionally, or until desired tenderness. Drain carrots. Mix water, honey, dijon mustard, and dill in a small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook 1-2 minutes until hot.
