Ingredients

    FF Ricotta
    Grated Parmesan
    Parsley
    Pepper
    FF Marinara
    FF Polenta tube (sun dried tomato)
    Basil leaves
    Shredded Part skim Mozzarella

Tips

Use any flavored polenta tube. 2 tubes per recipe. Divide each tube into 12 slices.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray. Stir together ricotta, parm, chopped parsley and pepper in bowl. Spread 1/2 cup marinara in baking dish. Arrange 12 polenta slices over sauce, top each round with 2 T ricotta mixture and 1 basil leaf. Place 12 polenta rounds on top. Spoon remaining marinara sauce over polenta. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Cover with non stick foil. Bake until heated and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
