Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Cup Onion, chopped thin
    1 Cup Green Pepper
    1 Cup Carrot, chopped thin
    1 Cup Tomato, chopped
    6 Small Turnips sliced
    6 Cups Vegetable Broth Low Sodium
    1 Small Head Napa Cabbage (leaves only)

    Can be added according to taste (not included in nutrients)

    1/2 Teaspoon Salt, more or less as you like
    1/8 Teaspoon Pepper, more or less as you like

Directions

Add everything to the crock-pot except for the cabbage.

Cook approximately 5 hours on low setting. then add cabbage leaves and cook until tender(will look as if steamed)
