Introduction

This is one of my favorite smoothies! It's sweet and creamy, but gentle on my lactose intolerant tummy. This is one of my favorite smoothies! It's sweet and creamy, but gentle on my lactose intolerant tummy.

Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana
    1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (I use Skippy Natural)
    1 Cup Silk Vanilla Coconut Milk
    1/2 Tbsp Honey
    1 Cup Ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend. Pour. Enjoy!
