    Pine Nuts, 1 tbsp, toasted
    light Feta Cheese, 20g
    Red Onion, 1 slice chopped finely,

  • This looks wonderful. You could probably substitute any kind of fruit - strawberries or rasberries! I was wondering if anyone uses any sort of salad dressing or is it still great dry? I'll have to try it! Thanks. - 2/6/08
