Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    4 cups (1 bag) frozen stir-fry vegetables (Far East from
    Wegmans or Broccoli blend from Birds Eye are good)
    1# ground pork
    3 T. soy sauce
    4 t. sesame oil
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 t. ground ginger
    1 package (15) egg roll wraps

Tips

Use yellow scoop for 1/4 cup measure.


Directions

Cook ground pork; drain. Mix vegs in food processor until finely chopped. Add all ingredients together except wraps. Using scant 1/4 c. filling, fill egg roll wraps and brush with water to seal. Spritz with olive oil on top. Bake on cookie sheet at 475F for 15 minutes.
