Great for on the go, about 275 Calories and only 4 sugars, so great for an afternoon snack between meals.... I have 4 meals a day, so when I am in a rush this works great! Ingredients

Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 4 serving
*Protein Powder, 100% WHEY (Costco), 6 scoops
Almonds, 1/4cup, sliced
Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)1/3 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Kirkland - Organic Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp = 32g), 3 tbsp
*almond coconut milk blue diamond, 1/4cup
*Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/4
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbsp
ARCHWAY Cookies, Sugar Free Chocolate Chip, 1 serving
*Agave Nectar (Madhava) Organic Amber 1T=21g, 3 gram
Directions
First mix dry ingredient and set aside
Second add the rest, Almond milk, Apple sauce, peanut butter, Agave nectar, vanilla, and mix well and than add the Chocolate chips.
Third mix the wet and dry ingredients well
Fourth put in a container and refridgerate
Fifth divide into 8 bars and eat on the go!
