Ingredients

    3 c rolled oats
    2 eggs
    1 c nut milk
    1 c chopped walnuts
    2 t baking powder
    1/2 c sugar, raw
    1 t cinnamon
    1 t salt

Tips

Serve with cool, creamy almond milk and fresh berries or bananas and peanut butter.


Directions

Mix all liquid ingredients together. Set aside. Mix dry ingredients together. Pour liquid over all and stir well.
Pour into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
