Ingredients

    ground beef,
    peppers cut up
    can of tomatoes
    can of kidney beans, drained
    chilii seasoning to your liking

Directions

Cook ground beef, add onions, pepper sand chili spice ( to your liking) Add to tomatoes, kidney beans and cook over low/med heat for an hr or so. Or do the same on low in crock pot.

Serving Size: I large ladle or about 1 cup
