    Thomas' Whole Wheat Mini Bagels (or aldi's)
    1 6oz. can tomato paste
    Mozzerella cheese
    Hormel Turkey Pepperoni


If you want you can put one piece of pepperoni on the hole in the bagel so that the sauce or cheese is easier to put on and doesnt go through the hole. I eat like 6 of these and am quite full and feel like I've splurge on pizza with only eating 690 calories. Or if you can't afford that many calories, eat 4 for only 460 calories.


first make the sauce for the pizza bagel with 1 can of paste and 1 can of water and desired spices. I like lots of oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Then top bagel with a spoonful of sauce and the cheese and the pepperoni, about 3 pieces. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: this one serving but I make up the whole bag of bagels.
