Introduction

I usually make this with collard greens, but I've blended in escarole and spinach too! It's so easy and so tasty! I usually make this with collard greens, but I've blended in escarole and spinach too! It's so easy and so tasty!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Wegmans Bagged and washed collard greens
    1 sweet onion (1/2 large or 1 medium)
    3 large cloves garlic
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 tbsps olive oil
    2 pats of butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    *sometimes I add in real bacon chopped in pieces

Tips

sometimes I add a splash of white wine, or real bacon or both!
You can also either do it with escarole, or add in escarole and spinach!


Directions

Sautee onion, garlic, olive oil, and butter in pan until tender.
Add in collard greens and chicken broth.
Sautee on low until greens are tender.
