    1 pepper, deseeded and minced
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Brown Sugar, 1 T
    Rice Vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 1/2 tsp
    Fish Sauce, 1 1/2 tsp
    Oil, 1 T
    Onions, sliced finely, 1/2 med
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp or to taste
    Cabbage, shredded, 200 grams
    Carrots, grated or julienned, 1 med
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, cooked and shredded
    Mint - big bunch + some for garnish


In a bowl combine chilli, garlic, sugar, vinegar, juice, fish sauce, oil, onion & black pepper. Set aside for at least half an hour.

Mix shredded cabbage, carrot, chicken and mint.

Pour over dressing and toss well until everything is combined and covered with dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
