Ingredients

    450 beef lean mince
    1 cup each of the following carrot, japanese turnip, celery.
    1 chopped onion, 3 cups of schopped pinich
    2 cup chopped mushroom
    Delmaine Pomodoro pasta sauce
    Beef or vegetable stock
    crushed garlic
    salt and pepper.

Directions

cook risoni according to directions
Brown onions and mince
add grated and chopped vegetables
add 1 cup of stock add garlic salt and peper
cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cooked risoni or other pasta
services 4. or 6 with side salad.
