    2 Roasted eggplants
    1 tbsp. flax seed oil
    2 cloves garlic
    .5 tsp cumin
    .5 tsp coriander
    dash cayenne
    lemon juice from .5 lemon


Bake eggplant at 400 for 30 min or until "totally squishy" (chef's quote)

IN food processor, blend eggplant with rest of ingredients. Enjoy as a dip or spread!
