Introduction
Wasn't really sure what to call this concoction of greek yogurt, apple, oats and cinnamon. Part pudding, part custard, part mousse...whatever it is, it's delicious! Ingredients

Into the microwave:
1 small apple (or 1/2 medium), chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp rolled oats
sweetener to taste (I used 1/2 tsp Ideal Brown)
Mix in afterwards:
1 tbsp vanilla jay robb protein powder
1/2 cup greek yogurt, fat free
additional sweetener to taste (I used vanilla stevia)
Directions
Microwave chopped apple, cinnamon and oats for about 2 minutes. Then, stir in protein powder and greek yogurt, as well as any sweetener you desire. Voila! Your meal is ready!
