Ingredients
-
Ingredients:
Broccoli, cooked, 4 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces
*Pork Loin Boneless Ground, 6 oz
Omelet (egg), 12 large
Garlic powder, 3 tsp
*Onion powder, 2 tsp
Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray glass casserole dish (10x14) with non-stick cooking spray.
**NOTE: The Boneless ground pork loin is what I use for our breakfast sausage and is spiced accordingly.**
Mix all the ingredients together, except for the eggs and about 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar (you can substitute any cheese you like for the cheddar).
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the cream and beat together well.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole and spread the remaining cheese evenly over the top.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes (depends on your oven) or until top is beginning to brown. I like to cover it with foil for the first 15 minutes, remove cover. Continue baking while checking on it every few minutes so the top doesn't get too brown or crispy. It is done when a butter knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
